Founders of the Abraham Project and Pastors of Comunidad Cristana El Faro
Pastor Jorge Gómez is the Founder of the Abraham Project and a native of Costa Rica. During his tenure in the ministry, he has coordinated numerous evangelical conferences on both the national and international level. He has worked with a youth movement that helps young people find their call in the ministry. He was also instrumental in establishing the first interdenominational missionary agency of Costa Rica (FEDEMEC). Pastor Jorge & Elizabeth are currently the pastors of Lighthouse Community Christian Church (Comunidad Cristiana el Faro). Pastor Jorge has also served as President of the Evangelical Alliance of Churches in Costa Rica. Their desire is for people to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and to meet the needs of the people around them. Pastor Jorge and his wife Elizabeth have two grown children and two grandchildren.
