We worked in conjunction with the daycare in order to host a pig roast. A 100 lb. pig was prepared and cooked.
It was a labor of love in that this was literally an all-day affair.
The pig was stuffed with lemon grass and injected with spices.
It cooked for hours over an open fire.
When it was all said and done over 60 people enjoyed roasted pork, mashed potatoes, salad, and dessert! Merry Christmas to everyone who works and serves at the Abraham Project!
